Male Privilege

Let me break down Male privilege for you.
Male Privilege: knowing that saying “I have a boyfriend” is the only thing that can actually stop a guy from chatting you up because they respect another guy more than they respect your lack of interest or right to rejection.

  3. This is backwards, bae. This shold be female priviledge. I've lied and said I had a bf to keep guys away plus it's the nicest way to let a guy down. I don't understand how this a guy's privilege.

    1. "... because they respect another guy more than they respect your lack of interest or right to rejection." Because this not existing boyfriend has more rights to your body than you have.

  4. Just like every other point you make, well said. I've always been upset having to say that to guys but I've never looked at it from that perspective. If a guy gets rejected by a girl simply saying "sorry, no" they need to learn how to let it go and laugh about it. That's what we do!

  5. THIS IS SO FUXKIN STUPID. PEOPLE SAY THIS TO ABDICATE RESPONSIBILITY AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT'S OUT OF THEIR HANDS, SHIFT THE BLAME, IT'S ABOUT MAKING THE SITUATION LESS CONFRONTATIONAL/AWKWARD/WHATEVER. LIKE MAYBE ANOTHER PLACE ANOTHER TIME IT COULD HAPPEN BUT NOT NOW SORRY. NOT "MALE PRIVILEGE" HA HA HA
